Just like the rest if the world, Starlight Memories of Dawn has TWILIGHT FEVER.

To celebrate the DVD release of Twilight on March 20, 2009, Starlight Memories of Dawn held a raffle to benefit the Susan G. Komen Breast Foundation

FIRST PRIZE was an Exclusive Robert Tonner Edward Cullen Doll!

EDWARD CULLEN

Sculpted in the likeness of the film's character, EDWARD CULLEN (as portrayed by Robert Pattinson).  This TONNER CHARACTER FIGURE is approximately 17" tall and includes 14 points of articulation (neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, chest, hips, knees, and ankles).  He features hand painted features and rooted saran hair. EDWARD comes dressed straight from the movie in a t-shirt,  jeans, socks, shoes with working laces, and tailored coat.

Retail Value approx. $130

Borders Books in Sterling, Virginia (a suburb of Washington, D.C.) invited us to their Twilight DVD Release Party to conduct our raffle.

We had such a great time in Sterling, and raised $300 for the Susan G. Komen Breast Foundation!  Way to go TwiHards!

OUR LUCKY WINNERS!

Jennifer Coomer gets to take home Edward!  (Now he can watch her sleep)

This lovely young lady, Madison won a special necklace, "Edward's Song"

(La Tua Cantante -- The Volturi have a name for someone who smells the way Bella does to Edward. They call her his "singer", because her blood sings for him.)

Madison and her friends could not resist giving Edward a little love before they went home to watch their new DVD!

Cool, funny, smart, friendly, hip.. just a few adjectives to describes these great girls!

TwiHards Rock!   KEEP READING! and remember....TEAM EDWARD ALWAYS!

Here we have Twilight's dreamy Edward Cullen with our very own Angie as Bella Swan!

It is no secret that as a young girl I was crazy about the wildly popular BAY CITY ROLLERS.  Arguably the first "boy band" they at one time outsold the BEATLES!  This band provided a fun and innocent escape from those turbulant pre-teen days.  They continue to provide entertainment and bring wonderful friends into my life.

The following is a bit of my own Bay City Roller fun that I had with my dolls.

The first TUESDAY of the month!  When the latest issue of 16 Magazine hit the news stand!

Hey, the new guy Ian is cute!

Let’s play Rock N Roll Love Letter!

S.A.T.U.R.D.A.Y.  NIGHT!!!

Tartan Scarf –$4.99

Tower Theater Concert Tickets - $15.00

Home-made Roller Gear $7.99

Still bringing new and wonderful friends into your life --- PRICELESS

BAY CITY ROLLER BOXES

I've done several of these boxes for fellow Roller Fans.  These are available for commission.  Email me if interested:  Suz@starlightmemoriesofdawn.com

At a Bay City Roller Reunion, I made this doll for BCR Pal, Julie.

For Julie!  I re-rooted Jessica in her likeness! She is also in a custom box complete with 70’s inspired “beaded” curtains and posters hanging!  She had Eric (the most reclusive band member) autograph the back of the box and he wrote….. "Now This IS the 70's!"  Way cool!

Unbeknownst to me, Julie had her own little surprise…. TWO PIPPA Dolls that she found at a Charity Shop!  Yippee!!!  Thanks Julie.xxxx
